- Choose Automatic Refills. You’ll be taken to the Automatic Refills page.
- Select the Manage Prescriptions tab.
- Find the medications(s) you want to enroll.

Plans can have a day-to-day quantity limit. For example, your plan may cover one tablet of atorvastatin per day, so if you get a 30-day supply, you’ll only get 30 tablets of atorvastatin. Plans can also work in month time frames (e.g. covering 4 tablets of risedronate for 28 days).
Does Express Scripts have to be 90 day supply?
As always, members have the option to have a 90-day supply delivered right to their door from Express Scripts® Pharmacy, where patients are supported by our condition-specific Therapeutic Resource Centers® that are staffed by specialized pharmacists and other clinicians.
Can my doctor call in a prescription to Express Scripts?
In some cases, a coverage review may be necessary to determine whether a prescription can be covered under your plan. On or after 1/1/2015, if your prescription requires prior authorization, you or your doctor can initiate the prior authorization review by calling Express Scripts at 1-800-753-2851.
How often can I refill my prescription?
Under federal law, prescriptions for Schedule II substances cannot be refilled. Prescriptions for Schedule III and IV controlled substances can be refilled up to five times in six months, and prescriptions for Schedule V controlled substances can be refilled as authorized by the practitioner.
