Compatibles – A compatible ink cartridge or compatible toner cartridge are new cartridges but are made and filled by a third party manufacturer and are not associated with the genuine printer manufactures. They are made to work in your related printer.

Are compatible laser cartridges OK?

Compatible cartridges are not approved by the manufacturer of your printer and therefore may void any warranty you have with your printer supplier. There is a very small chance that compatible cartridges could damage your printer as they are not made with your specific printer model in mind.
