Is the Logitech GamePad recognized by Windows 10?

It was recognized by Win 10 until January 2020. Not even the Logitech Gaming software helps. Seems there is no support for this wonderful gamepad and Logitech no longer sells it. My older laptop with Win7 recognizes it so it is definitely a software/driver issue.
