You can’t carry over your Healthy Extra choices to another day, so if you haven’t had them you still only get one of each the next day (providing you’re following the standard plan). If you have already had your Healthy Extra As or B, you must syn any additional ones that are eaten.

It may sound silly but are you actually eating enough? Only having 1 or 2 Syns or no even no Syns will not make you lose more weight. Syns are there to be used! Also skipping Healthy Extra’s are wrong too..

Can Slimming World Syns be carried over? Lots of people prefer to save some of their Syns for a weekend treat. This gives you more flexibility and allows you to manage social events, though it’s not advisable to save all your Syns for just one day. Spread them over the week so you’re satisfied and don’t feel deprived.
