How do I fix Cignal technical problem?

  1. Make sure that your TV is not on standby mode.
  2. Check the connections between the STB and TV if firmly and properly connected.
  3. On your TV, select the correct Audio/Video input or source (example: AV1, AV2, HDM1 HDM2, etc.)
  4. Power on the Cignal STB.
  5. Check TV and STB volume functions.

How do I reactivate my Cignal box?

Your Cignal Account will be inactive and you will not be able to watch any channels except the One PH (CH. 1). To reactivate, simply load the account with the load denomination of your choice. Failure to load for several months may require reactivation by CignalCare.

How fix Cignal weak or no signal?

You may perform the,

  1. Unplug your Cignal box from the power outlet.
  2. Carefully unscrew the circular cable (RG6) located at the back of your box.
  3. Once the cable has been removed, plug in the power source of your Cignal box and wait for it to reboot.
  4. Your TV screen will show a No Signal error message.

There are two ways to find your account number.

  1. Refer to your Cignal SOA or Statement of Account.
  2. Gently pull out your SMART CARD from the set-top box and check the backside of the card.
  3. For SMART and SUN subscribers, text CIGNAL SC <12-digit smart card number> and send to 5353.

How can I activate my Cignal prepaid account?

For easy loading, use our Web Loading Tool to credit your purchased load to your Prepaid account.

  1. Input your Prepaid Account Number on the first box.
  2. Input the PIN from your Cignal Reload Card or the e-Pin provided.
  3. Input the text from the image.
  4. Click submit and wait for the confirmation message to pop-up.

Why am I getting no signal on my TV?

Check the cable connections between the TV and your video device or receiver. Change the channel or try a different input device or movie. The received signal may be weak. If your TV uses a cable or satellite box, you may need to contact your service provider for further assistance in improving the signal strength.
